While Learning Technologies respects the various beliefs and convictions of our Consultants, we generally do not allow a shift to go unstaffed because of strikes and picketing since student fees are paying for lab services. Consultants are welcome to sub shifts using the normal procedures, but<strong> if a substitute consultant cannot be found Consultants are still responsible for all assigned shifts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It&#8217;s most important to periodically check the #announcements channel on Slack for accurate course of action for shift releases.  <\/strong>Slack is where the most up to date information regarding strikes will be found.
