Refund Requests
Sometimes paper jams or low toner will result in poor quality or blank prints. If such a case occurs, you should recommend the customer to file a refund request. The refund procedure is:
Please email help@wepanow.com and provide the username associated with your wēpa account along with the title of the document that you are requesting a refund for. — wēpa refunds
For students, the username will be their UCSC email: cruzID@ucsc.edu
Customers can find the document name under “Document History” on their wÄ“pa account. On a printer, recent files will be listed in the hamburger menu under “Recover Recent Files”.
