Slack is the primary communications service that the Consultants and Student Managers use to communicate with each other. Our Slack workspace has channels for specific types of discussion and is one of your primary resources for finding announcements and other job-related information. This is also where you can communicate with your fellow Consultants to get shift substitutions and ask each other technical questions.

When using Slack, be sure to use the correct Slack channels for different subjects, like #ops-openshifts for standalone shift changes or #trbl-support_request for inter-consultant help. There is a more detailed overview of Slack in the Consultant Communication Network section.
