Even though you will generally be the only one working at a given time, you are never alone. Regardless of when you are working, there will always be several other consultants working concurrently at other labs or libraries.

Slack will be your primary source of communication with other consultants. To message other consultants currently working a shift, browse the work schedule found on LTweb and ping (@user) in the #support-requests channel or send them a direct message (DM). Do not hesitate to ask your co-workers for help – we are a team!

Each lab and library has a phone list displayed in the consultant cabinet. The list includes emergency contact phone numbers, any non-emergency communication should be done through the proper Slack channels.
