If a document isn’t printing
If a document isn’t printing for a customer, there are three common scenarios:
Supplies need replenishing
Make sure that there are no supply warnings on the printer or on the wēpa status page.
Internet is down / printer not connected to internet
Make sure that the printer can access the internet. Typically there will be an error on the screen when this occurs, but, but if not, try using the “help” button in the bottom right corner, and pull up the printer map to make sure.
Various printing queue errors
If it is unclear what the cause of it is, sometimes flipping the power switch will resolve the issue.
