Biweekly employee timesheets will be due on or around the last workday of each biweekly pay period. Please be aware that we may ask you to submit your CruzPay Timesheet earlier than the due date noted on the calendar because of the high volume of timesheets that we process. 

Please make sure your CruzPay timesheet is submitted on time by the requested due date. You are responsible for turning in your timesheet, on time and accurately, to the Lab Management team.

Do not turn in your CruzPay timesheet late! Turning your timesheet late is considered a serious offense. If you happen to miss the deadline, turn in your timesheet ASAP and contact consmgr@ucsc.edu. Please do not let this happen – we want you to get paid on time!
